Founded in 1983, Bayer Properties is a pioneer in the development of lifestyle centers, and is well recognized in the shopping center industry for The Summit, Bayer's signature brand of lifestyle center.

In addition to The Summit centers, Bayer also manages a customized portfolio of retail and office property for private and institutional ownership. Our goal is to enhance revenue and value for such owners through our comprehensive services. Currently, Bayer's portfolio consists of shopping centers, main street retail projects and office buildings, with over four million square feet under management.
